Check out time is 11am. If you need a later check, please ask at reception to see if it is possible.

You can cancel your room up to 6pm the day before your arrival without charge. We will only charge if we are unable to resell the room.

Please make sure you leave your room key behind at reception then we will know you are out. Reception is manned 24 hours so we will not lock the doors until everyone is back.

The hotel has complimentary parking for our guests, subject to availability. The car park is situated through the archway at the side of the hotel to the rear of the building. There is a disabled space at the front of the hotel. There is a pay and display car park directly opposite the hotel which is free between 6pm and 8am.

There is complimentary wifi access through out the hotel. Please ask reception for the password.

All special diets can be catered for, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free but please let us know prior to your arrival.

You are most welcome to use our lounge and bar facilities and to join us for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is advisable to make a reservation for the restaurant.

We accept cash, debit card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners cards. Cheques can only be accepted as payment for a deposit.

Children are welcome in all areas of the hotel. Children under 16 sharing a room with their parents are free of charge.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are charged as follows:

  • Children under 5 – free of charge
  • Children aged between 5 and 12 – half price
  • Children over 12 – full price
  • Cots and high chairs can be provided free of charge.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept pets in the hotel.

Assistance/ Guide dogs are most welcome.

Lysses House is a non smoking hotel.

Ramps are available at reception for the main entrance. The restaurant, lounge and bar are all on the ground floor with no restrictions for wheelchair users. Accessible toilet facilities are also available on the ground floor.
